Frequent methylation of DAB2, a Wnt pathway antagonist, in oral and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas

Our findings corroborate that DAB2 is a frequent target of epigenetic silencing in oral carcinomas and may be potentially used for tumor detection.
