Expression of vasorin (Vasn) during embryonic development of the mouse

► We generated a vasorin (Vasn) reporter knock-in mouse model to analyze Vasn gene expression. ► We confirmed that reporter expression faithfully reflects endogenous Vasn expression. ► We provided a first comprehensive Vasn expression analysis during mouse development. ► Vasn's prominent expression is in the developing skeletal system.
