Bergenin attenuates renal injury by reversing mitochondrial dysfunction in ethylene glycol induced hyperoxaluric rat model

The findings of the present study provide evidence that bergenin exerted protective effects in hyperoxaluria through mitochondrial protection that involves attenuation of oxidative stress. Hence, it presented itself as an effective remedy in combating urolithiasis.
