Méthode d'analyse d'une situation éthique pluridisciplinaire en santé : une recherche-action pour une culture commune en établissements de formation et de soins

The study of ethics lies at the heart of all health-care training. To ensure students understand the importance of collective thinking for the benefit of users, the players involved in the training of student nurses worked together on an action research project (Kaddouri, 2009). Bringing together the members of training institutes and health-care facilities, this research aimed to establish a common method for analysing an ethical situation. Based on the study of existing approaches, a synthetic and user-friendly tool was created and then tested with professionals and students. After having been readjusted and validated by the Teaching Committee of the Ethics and Human Sciences department of the Faculty of Medicine of Nice University, the analysis method will be able to be used in all training institutes and health-care facilities, in cooperation with the respective management bodies. The study of ethical analysis by student nurses can then be envisaged.
