چکیده انگلیسی
- Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most common primary tumor of the central nervous system, is associated with hypercoagulability and venous thromboembolism.
- Macrophages in patients with some malignant tumors contain coagulation factor XIII.
- We found that copy number segments <=â¯0.02270 of F13A1 were associated with significantly poorer survival (pâ¯=â¯0.028).
- Methylation status of the O-6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) gene has shown a significant association with survival in patients with GBM.
- Multiple copy number segments of F13A1 may represent a second molecular marker.
