Since Hahnemann himself, the homeopathic medicinal product Capsicum anuum is well known and largely used both in acute and chronic situations. Its materia medica is specific and has been once more recently confirmed by a new pathogenetical trial. The outlines of this experimentation and three clinical cases support this presentation.
