Radiotherapy of rectal cancer in elderly patients: Real-world data assessment in a decade

Radiotherapy for RC in elderly patients appeared safe and manageable, perhaps due to the tailoring of radiotherapy protocols. Tailored management resulted in acceptable rate of local tumor control.
