Post-irradiation malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the larynx: A case report with an unusual metastatic spread pattern

Neither computed tomography nor magnetic resonance imaging differentiate between fibrotic tissue and MFH, and only repeated biopsy was definitive to give us the correct diagnosis.
