Fracture isolée du trapèze chez un coureur cycliste : à propos d'un cas et revue de la littérature

Fractures of the trapezium are rare and may be missed without precise physical examination and correct radiographic studies. We report a case of a displaced vertical fracture of the trapezium which was restored by open reduction and internal fixation. Excellent results were achieved in terms of union, joint restoration, and function.
