چکیده انگلیسی
The majority of practices appeared to lack a formal transition clinic, and there was variation in their structure. Those with formal clinics tended to rate themselves as providing higher-quality care. The majority of respondents believed that adult specialists in either reconstructive or neuro-urology are best suited to care for these complex patients.Summary Table.
