Treatment of intra-articular fractures by manipulation with Omoto technique and percutaneous reduction with kyphoplasty balloon, is a simple and reproducible technique, with a short learning curve, minimal postoperative pain and a fewer hospital stay and a lower rate complications, compared to ORIF.
