An interesting rare case of dual malignancy in a large thyroid- Mixed medullary-follicular carcinoma of thyroid

MMFC represents a diagnostic challenge on fine needle aspiration cytology as final diagnosis is confirmed only on detailed histopathological analysis. The treatment is primarily surgical.
