Diagnosing postoperative neuropathic pain: a Delphi survey

The Delphi survey suggests that neuropathic pain in the immediate postoperative period is diagnosed in a different way to chronic neuropathic pain, with items such as response to medications considered more useful than signs such as those representing autonomic changes.
