Analgesic and sedative effects of intranasal dexmedetomidine in third molar surgery under local anaesthesia

Patients receiving intranasal DEX for unilateral third molar surgery with local anaesthesia were more sedated perioperatively with better postoperative pain relief. No delay in psychomotor recovery was seen.
