Exogenous adrenomedullin prevents and reverses hypodynamic circulation and pulmonary hypertension in ovine endotoxaemia

This study demonstrates that exogenous ADM prevents and reverses hypodynamic circulation, attenuates pulmonary hypertension, and limits lactic acidosis in ovine endotoxaemia.
