Influence on platelet aggregation of i.v. parecoxib and acetaminophen in healthy volunteers

Acetaminophen and parecoxib showed no interaction in inhibiting platelet function. In combination they cause a mild degree of COX-1 inhibition corresponding to that of acetaminophen alone.
