Transcellular Transport of Creatinine in Renal Tubular Epithelial Cell Line LLC-PK1

Creatinine was subjected to directional transport across renal epithelial cells from the basolateral to apical side. The organic cation transporter should be involved in the basolateral uptake of creatinine.
