An action research approach to work ability, health and well-being of ageing workers

The paper addresses the challenge of bringing together the accumulated knowledge on ageing workers with the methodological tools to effect change in working life. By linking seniors with experience-based competencies, juniors with computer skills and information technology, the case that constitutes the empirical basis of the paper, has developed a computerized tool they call The Golden Link. The paper is based on action research.
