Considering the persistence of major orthopedic disorders despite much research, we reviewed the fundamental bases of physical therapy necessary for clinical practice: amplitude of joint motion and motility, muscular adaptation to various lengths points specifically involving the hip. We conclude our brief review by considering the importance of care networks.
