La prise en charge des dysphagies dans un Foyer d'Accueil Médicalisé (F.A.M.)

Rehahilitation of the swallowing function must rely on a precise knowledge of normal and pathological physiology of deglutition in addition to potential strategies for adaptation. The objective to be attained must be established with precision, if possible during a specialized consultation. We present our approach to this problem and illustrate our experience with a clinical case.
