Perfiles gramaticales específicos en el síndrome de Down

Results show that proportion of impairment is not quantitatively homogeneous for all grammatical categories, affecting more specifically articles and relational units, such as prepositions and conjunctions, independently of chronological age or lexical level of each subject. These findings could be of interest not only for effective intervention strategies in this impaired population but also for establishing different patterns of language development within intellectual disability as well as for shaping our models of typical language development.
