Bone Regeneration in Osseous Defects Using a Resorbable Nanoparticular Hydroxyapatite

It can be concluded that the evaluated nanoparticular hydroxyapatite met the clinical requirements for a bone substitute material within the limits of this experimental setting. Due to its microstructure, complete resorption took place during the course of this study.
