The TACK prosthesis produces excellent results in patients with degenerative osteoarthritis who have a precise indication and are treated with a clean surgical technique. Our complication rate was similar to reports in the literature. We recommend the AKSS assessment scale associated to a scale for evaluating the patient's perception of the knee prosthesis.
