A disequilibrium macrodynamic model of fluctuations

A non-linear disequilibrium macrodynamic model of fluctuations in the labour and product markets, mediated by variations in factor shares, is developed and the existence of a periodic orbit is proved using the Hopf bifurcation theorem.
