Comments on “ 'Singularity bifurcations' by Yijun He and William A. Barnett”

We argue that dynamical noise can dramatically change the dynamics of nonlinear dynamical systems. In fact, dynamical noise can shift bifurcation points and produce noise-induced transitions, making the determination of bifurcation boundaries very difficult.
