Partial Glossectomy for Asymmetric Tongue Enlargement in Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome

This report is of a 5-year-old girl with an asymmetrically enlarged tongue. The patient exhibited ankyloglossia, related speech problems, and mandibular prognathism. A modified technique for surgical reduction of macroglossia with asymmetry is described.
