Docetaxel-loaded nanoparticles based on star-shaped mannitol-core PLGA-TPGS diblock copolymer for breast cancer therapy

A modified nano-precipitation method was used to prepare docetaxel-loaded M-PLGA-TPGS NPs. The resulted NPs seemed to have a near-spherical shape with an average size of about 100 nm. It can be suggested that the NPs is in the appropriate size range for easily accumulating in tumor vasculature under the influence of the EPR effect.
