Multi-armed poly(aspartate-g-OEI) copolymers as versatile carriers of pDNA/siRNA

Novel multi-armed poly(aspartate-g-oligoethylenimine) copolymers were synthesized. These copolymers may be potential non-viral gene carriers for the delivery of nucleic acids in future gene therapy.
