Alergia na pietruszkę u pięciotygodniowego niemowlęcia karmionego naturalnie

In this paper we presented breast-fed infant, in which at the age of 5 weeks, on the basis of interview concerning diet of the mother sensitization to parsley was suspected. This suspicion was confirmed by atopy patch tests. On the basis of open elimination and provocation test allergy to parsley was diagnosed. Based on tests performed it was excluded IgE-mediated and IgE-independent allergy to other, much more sensitizing foods, including cow's milk proteins, egg, soy and gluten.
