Method issues in the measurement of relational norms

Many studies assess the relationality of B2B exchanges by using measures of Macneil's norms. However, creating these measures ignores central aspects of Macneil's work. This article offers a set of scales that more accurately reflect Macneil's interpretation of the role of norms in exchanges.
