Global wave load combinations by cross-spectral methods

► The mathematical equations for the cross-spectral probabilistic procedure for global wave-induced load combinations were presented. ► The cross-spectral probabilistic method was mathematically compared with the cross-spectral Hamilton's method. ► A global wave-induced load matrix was calculated using the two methods. ► The results show similar variations although the cross-spectral Hamilton's method was more conservative.
