Different doses of estradiol benzoate induce conditioned place preference after paced mating

► We evaluated if different doses of EB induce CPP after paced mating. ► Females treated with the lower dose of EB (0.625 g) showed reduce lordosis behavior. ► This group didn't develop CPP after paced mating. ► A threshold of estradiol is required for paced mating to induce CPP.
