Electrochemical detection of anticancer drug topotecan using nano-acetylene black film

▶ The oxidation signal of topotecan was greatly enhanced at the surface of AB nanoparticles. ▶ A novel electroanalytical method with high sensitivity was developed for topotecan. ▶ It was used to detect topotecan in blood serum and the results were tested using HPLC.
