Improvement of predictive Soave-Redlich-Kwong (PSRK) equation of state for representing volumetric properties of carbon dioxide-expanded organic solvents

- Liquid densities of CO2-expanded organic solvent are predicted by the EOS approach.
- Volume-translated PSRK EOSs are adopted in this study for liquid density predictions.
- Two translated volumes published in the literature are compared and discussed.
- A modified translated volume for CO2 is developed to improve the predicted results.
