Effect of a mixed aqueous solution of HCl and CaCl2 on adhesion of coating to evaporated indium layer

It was considered that the peeling was caused by condensation of water in the spaces where indium was dissolved by penetration of the HCl from the HCl/CaCl2 aqueous solution into the evaporated indium layer.
