Comparison of impedimetric detection of DNA hybridization on chemically and electrochemically functionalized multi-wall carbon nanotubes modified electrode

- A simple and label-free biosensor for Amelogenin DNA was constructed based on MWCNTs.
- This DNA sensor can detect the target DNA in the range 1.0 × 10−18 -1.0 × 10−13 M.
- The biosensor was applied for detection of AMEL gene in real samples.
