Molecularly imprinted polymer anchored on the surface of denatured bovine serum albumin modified CdTe quantum dots as fluorescent artificial receptor for recognition of target protein

► We developed a MIP-coated QDs receptor for protein recognition. ► The dBSA was used to modify the surface of the QDs. ► The results of fluorescence test demonstrated the performance of the receptor. ► Binding test further exhibited the recognition ability of the receptor. ► The receptor was applied to separate and detect Lyz in real samples.
