Development of a multilayered polymeric DNA biosensor using radio frequency technology with gold and magnetic nanoparticles

► We developed a novel multilayered polymeric RF DNA biochip which has advantages of the low-cost and better sensitivity. ► We used a new surface modification method to modify a biocompatible polymer platform. ► Polymer platform is provided with characters of the flexible and cheaper. ► We used multilayered RF biosensor to reduce the chip-size and enhance the sensitivity. ► Gold and magnetic nanoparticles were used to effectively enhance the sensitivity.
