ZnO#ZnS QDs heterostructure obviously increased the affinities of myricetin, GCG, tectorigenin, formononetin and luteolin for BSA by about 14.84% to 52.94%. ZnO#ZnS QDs heterostructure significantly improved the binding constant of formononetin for BSA by 52.94%. The affinities of flavone, quercetin and ECG for BSA were hardly changed (<2%) in the presence of heterostructure. However, the affinity of naringenin for BSA was slightly reduced by 7.97%.154
