The Icelandic version of the dimensional obsessive compulsive scale (DOCS) and its relationship with obsessive beliefs

► The Icelandic version of the DOCS was investigated and its congruence with OC related beliefs. ► Factor structure of the DOCS was supported in a confirmatory factor analysis. ► Convergent and divergent validity of the DOCS was supported. ► Previous results partly replicated regarding congruence between beliefs and DOCS dimensions. ► The congruence did not depend on the symptom measure used.
