Development and content validity of the Therapy Behavior Scale

► Therapy Behavior Scale (TBS) assesses infant and toddler behavior during therapies. ► Therapists can modify their approach to children based on the TBS testing results. ► We describe the scale development process and evaluation of its content validity. ► We introduce the TBS Version 1.1 and propose new validity and reliability research.
