Epidemic spreading in a finite-precision BA model

► We study the influence of the network structure on the spread of disease. ► A transition is shown from an exponential scaling to a power-law distribution. ► The period T of oscillations changes with the infection and recovering time. ► Both structure and epidemic transitions are similar depending on the network size. ► The collective synchronization induced by the SIRS model depends on the network structure.
