Too Much Fat, a Rare Complication of Injection Medialization Laryngoplasty: A Case Report

Vocal fold medializatiion with autologous fat is indicated in certain persons with glottic insufficiency. This article reports the first case, to our knowledge, of long-term (greater than 1 year) survival of too much fat after injection into the vocal folds.
