Assessment of DFG-S19 method for the determination of common endocrine disruptor pesticides in wine samples with an estimation of the uncertainty of the analytical results

► A number of different methods was modified on the basis of original DFG-S19 method. ► Each methodology was compared with respect to the validation parameters. ► The method including the replacement GPC with florosil column was chosen. ► This method is efficient, reliable, robust, cheap and being adopted for wine analysis. ► The uncertainty for the determination of the pesticides was also calculated.
