Curcumin protects mouse neuroblastoma Neuro-2A cells against hydrogen-peroxide-induced oxidative stress

► We built an oxidative damage model by treating Neuro-2A cells with H2O2. ► Pretreatment with curcumin could protect Neuro-2A cells against oxidative damage. ► The neuroprotective effects of curcumin were due to its antioxidant and anti-apoptotic activities.
