Flavonoid profile and radical-scavenging activity of Mediterranean sweet lemon (Citrus limetta Risso) juice

► Mediterranean sweet lemon juice (C. limetta Risso) was analyzed by LC-DAD-ESI-MS-MS. ► Eight flavonoids were identified (six of which for the first time) and quantified by SRM. ► Antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH, ABTS and FRAP assays.
