Analysis of trace elements in multifloral Argentine honeys and their classification according to provenance

► Mineral composition of honeys was determined by instrumental neutronic activation analysis. ► INAA simplifies the analysis and minimises the risk of contamination. ► All samples were of multifloral origin. ► We applied pattern recognition techniques to recognise hide structures on data. ► We distinguish the geographical origin of samples from central region of Argentina.
