Matrix solid phase dispersion extraction of ginsenosides in the leaves of Panax ginseng C.M. Mey

► MSPD was used to extract ginsenosides from leaves of Panax ginseng for the first time. ► The extraction and clean-up were done in a single step. ► A better extraction yields were obtained. ► It can be used to extract ginsenosides in materials by varying operation conditions.
