Assessment of anthropogenic impacts on landscape-hydrological complexes

We examine the stages of assessment of the anthropogenic impacts on landscape-hydrological complexes and suggest the principles of this assessment built upon geosystem-hydrological research and landscape planning tools. We demonstrate the advisability of addressing water-ecological problems on the basis of a knowledge of the formation regularities of hydrological processes with the use of the method of indication and typology.
