Influence of climate on human life activity in East-Siberian regions

We examine the geoecological aspects of the influence of climate on the life activity of the population in East-Siberian regions. The study revealed changes in the relationship of the weathers - favorable and limiting the stay of humans out of doors - in subzones of different discomfort. We discuss the conditions for a further development of industries ensuring an acceptable level of living on the territory under consideration.
